Swasthya Ahara is a holistic initiative of the Hare Krishna Charities to provide free breakfast for poor children in government schools across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh. The program supports serving a balanced breakfast meal by offering different menus each day. 70% of underprivileged children come to school with only the hope of getting a square meal. Our mission is to serve the children who often skip breakfast due to the survival conditions of their parents to make ends meet. These people are from the lower sections of the society diversifying from daily wage laborers to drivers.
This intention is to help these poor children with a nutritious breakfast who otherwise don’t have the privilege to have one due to their economical conditions is what keeps us moving forward and your support will give us the courage to contribute more to this cause.

Donations to Hare Krishna Charities are allowed for a deduction under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Donation to Hare Krishna Charities will be utilized for the welfare and prosperity of the underprivileged section of society. The donations will be used for the purpose of providing nutritious breakfast meals under Swasthya Ahara.
Yes, you can make any amount of donations to Hare Krishna Charities and we will ensure that even a single rupee will be utilized only for the betterment of the underprivileged.
The donations can be made via Direct Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, NEFT, UPI wallets and other online payment methods.
We have stringent security measures in place to ensure that critically sensitive information, such as your personal information and your credit/debit card details, are protected. These measures include: Data Encryption & Use of industry standard SSL certification.
We take utmost care to process your donations as per the instructions given by you. Donations once made cannot be refunded by us since they’re immediately put to work for children in need.
However, in case technical issues that may have occurred at your end while donating online, like a double debit or incorrect amount entered, we will process the refund if you bring the problem to our attention within 30 days of making the donation. Just send us a formal request for a refund, either to us at the office address or as an email along with proof of deduction of the donation amount, a valid PAN number and a photocopy of your PAN card.
If you’ve already been issued a donation receipt, please ensure that you return the original receipt to us at the office address as well, for your donation refund to be processed.
